Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a service or using this website. By accessing ArchetypeReadings.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by ArchetypeReadings.com, including archetype readings, brand strategy, web design, and consulting.
1. Services
ArchetypeReadings.com provides the following services:
Archetype Readings — an interpretive reading of your core archetype(s) for individuals, creatives, and brands
Brand Strategy — archetype-aligned brand positioning, messaging, and identity guidance
Web Design — intentional website design rooted in your brand's archetype and vision
Consulting — one-on-one support for building a heart-centered, archetype-aligned brand
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each service will be outlined in your booking confirmation, proposal, or service agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence.
2. Bookings & Agreements
Bookings are made through our online scheduling tool or by invoice, depending on the service. Completing a booking or paying an invoice constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. For larger projects (brand strategy, web design, consulting packages), a separate service agreement or proposal will be issued and must be signed before work begins.
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking or inquiry at our discretion.
3. Payments
General Payment Terms
All services require full payment upfront unless otherwise specified in a signed proposal or agreement. Specifically:
Archetype readings and digital products must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase — work will not be scheduled or delivered until payment is confirmed
Brand strategy, web design, and consulting packages require payment as outlined in your invoice or proposal — a deposit is required to reserve your start date, with the remaining balance due before final deliverables are released
Invoices are due by the date specified; work will not commence or continue until payment is received
Late & Outstanding Payments
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to pause all work until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in project termination. Any work completed up to that point remains the property of ArchetypeReadings.com until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through our online booking platform or via invoice, using the methods specified at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Archetype Readings
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled reading are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled reading are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows are non-refundable and forfeit the session.
Brand Strategy, Web Design & Consulting
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in our schedule and cover initial planning work.
If you need to pause or postpone a project, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, subject to availability.
If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you will be invoiced for all work completed to that point. Any remaining balance beyond the deposit will be prorated based on work delivered.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced or payment has been processed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable guides, templates, workbooks, or other digital resources) are non-refundable once purchased and accessed or downloaded. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Scope of Work & Revisions
For project-based services (web design, brand strategy, consulting packages), the agreed scope of work will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be considered additional work and quoted separately.
Revision rounds, where included, are specified in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an hourly or per-round rate.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information in intake forms and communications
Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials in a timely manner
Understand that delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines
Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials, content, or assets you provide to us (logos, images, copy, etc.)
8. Nature of Readings & Services
Archetype readings are offered as an interpretive, reflective, and creative tool for self-awareness, brand clarity, and personal or professional growth. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Results from brand strategy, web design, and consulting services depend in part on the client's implementation, effort, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance metrics.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on ArchetypeReadings.com — including written content, frameworks, methodology, graphics, and brand assets — is owned by ArchetypeReadings.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Your Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created for you (such as brand strategy documents, website designs, and written assets) become your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
We may use your name, business name, and project description for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your project remain confidential, please let us know in writing before work begins.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information — including business details, strategies, goals, and personal context shared during our work together — with strict confidentiality. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver your services or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We ask that clients likewise treat any proprietary frameworks, processes, or methodologies shared during our engagement as confidential.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchetypeReadings.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and to the best of our professional ability. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California n which ArchetypeReadings.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between both parties.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
